Grenadine

 

Ingredients

  • 16 ounces 100% pomegranate juice
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a medium pot and cook over medium heat until the edges of the liquid begin to bubble and sugar is fully dissolved. DO NOT BOIL.
  2. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature before bottling up.
  3. Grenadine will last for about 1 month in an air-tight bottle in the refrigerator.
